As you can see, we have now started the process of upgrading the Developer World website. Yesterday we got new colours and styling, and going forward we’ll be looking at bigger improvements in the design and functionality of the site. Read on to find out more, and to learn why you might see some extensive use of animated retro gifs saying “Under construction”.
Yes, finally we have gotten use out of our favourite ”Under construction” image, as we are now starting to upgrade the Developer World website. Besides the changes you see today, you will start to see smaller and bigger tweaks in the information structure, functionality and layout of the site during the spring. Our goal is to make the site even clearer, more accessible and most interesting, and we will do all of these updates with all of you developers and technology enthusiasts in mind.
In addition to the changes to the Developer World website today, we are also making changes to our developer Twitter and YouTube channels. Now, while we do the updates to the Developer World website, we might get some minor glitches. We will do our utmost to minimise these disturbances, but if you encounter anything, feel free to drop us a comment and we will look into it as soon as possible.
