I must say, I’m slightly disappointed to be back in the Mountain View office after a great week in London for Nokia World 2010! I had a lovely week out in London seeing my colleagues, friends and met dozens of people I’d spent the previous few years tweeting, blogging and emailing with about Messaging on Nokia devices!
I really enjoyed the conversations I had both on the show floor and at MickyFin’s blogger meetup with Nokians like Jussi Pekka Erkolla, developers like Jan Ole, and bloggers like Rafe Blandford, David Gilson, Mark Guim and Devin Balentina. I did a few interviews covering all the new messaging features on the N8 like this one.
I also got to spend a few nights out with some of my favorite colleagues, Fran, Angelika and Vince around London:
I’m enthusiastic to interact more with the community now that I can associate more names with faces! It was another great Nokia World and I can’t wait for more events, and couldn’t be more excited for the future with devices like the Nokia N8. I’m carrying a blue one and couldn’t be more pleased to be playing with the new Ovi Maps, the Foursquare application as well as the Email, Chat and Social apps from our group.
