Another week-out-of-the-ordinary passes by and it was yet more fun and firsts for the Sony Xperia team.
The Sony UK team joined forces with Martin Hanford, creator of Where’s Wally?, to introduce the world’s first floating art gallery. The new Sony HX400V and HX60V cameras were really put to the test as visitors of the Southwark boating lake were using Sony’s latest zoom technology to hunt for the wandering Wally. Childs play you might think, but not when Wally’s hidden in a page in the centre of a lake!
Speaking of the great outdoors, we are thrilled to announce that Interbrand awarded us seventh place in the ‘Best Green Global Brands 2014’. From our products to our offices, we constantly strive to improve our environmental footprint, so it’s safe to say we’re pretty happy with this one. Here’s to climbing up the standings for next year!
Have you ever wondered if Xperia Z2 Tablet looks as good on the inside as it does on the out? Well we have. This week, one of our Sony engineers decided to get under the hood of the Xperia Z2 Tablet, to see if the brains matched the beauty. It’s a stunning video, that really showcases the attention to detail and the intricacies of our engineering process.
