Przedstawiciel PLAY LUBLIN

Napisał do mnie jeden zaniepokojony klient. Jest po 22 (w tym momencie) zatem zacytuje treść przykładowego smsa jakie klient dostawał. „Szukam wdowy do sexu i podany numer telefonu”….

The Germany vs Brazil game turned out to be the most tweeted sporting event in history!  Of course we couldn’t resist getting involved, here’s the Vine that our UK team created. Oh and no matter who you’re rooting for in this Sunday’s World Cup final make sure you send your snaps to us with #sharethemoment.

From Vine to votes, the Football for Hope Siyakhona photo contest has come to an end. A whopping 17,000 people voted for the 24 photos on Sony’s Dream Goal webpage to crown the final winner. Marvelous Chukwu from Nigeria was crowned the ultimate victor receiving a triumphant 4,166 votes.

In other news, check out Ed Sheeran’s latest chart topping album ‘Multiply’ that was released this week by taking advantage of a 30 day Music Unlimited trial. In more music news, the ever so soulful Aloe Blacc performed an intimate live and exclusive set just for Xperia Lounge. The smooth R&B star performed some of his hits and of course he included his latest track ‘The Man’. Check out his Live@Home set now.

You may remember back at Mobile World Congress when we first announced the Xperia^TM Z2 Tablet, that we said we were even more ambitious for this product than for its precursor. Well that story takes a big step forward tomorrow when our flagship tablet will launch on pre-order in the US, exclusively with Verizon Wireless.

For a refresher on the awesome specs that come as standard in the slimmest and lightest waterproof tablet in the world¹ check out the press release here or the specs page here but for Verizon Wireless customers the good news keeps getting better. With every purchase of an Xperia Z2 Tablet, they will receive access to an exclusive entertainment bundle that includes six blockbuster movies from Sony Pictures, an exclusive early access pass for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” when it becomes available for digital download, and 90 days of free music streaming through Sony’s “Music Unlimited” service.

Z2 Tablet will be available for pre-order from July 10 from Verizon’s website with retail prices set at $599.99 and, for a limited time, there will also be a $499.99 option available with a two-year activation. Z2 Tablet is expected to hit Verizon Wireless retail stores on July 17 and while stocks last, pre-order customers will also receive a free MDR-NC31EM Digital Noise Cancelling Headset with their purchase.

The US is an important growth market for Sony Mobile and our North America president Ravi Nookala summed up the announcement perfectly when he said: “From our Xperia Z2 Tablet and accessories, to exclusive Sony content and experiences, we’re pleased to be working with Verizon to bring a strong Sony proposition to their customers. This newly forged relationship with Verizon is an exciting proof point as we continue to build momentum in the U.S.”

To find out more about Sony’s Xperia Z2 Tablet, check out our interview with its designer here and the rundown of some of the awesome accessories available for it here. You can also find out how mind-bendingly easy it is to get your stuff off an old tablet and onto a shiny Xperia by having a look at our post on the new version of Xperia Transfer here.

¹In the US, the Xperia^® Z2 Tablet is a waterproof (in compliance with IP55/58††) tablet. Specifications verified by Strategy Analytics’ SpecTRAX service as of 17th April 2014, for more information on Strategy Analytics results go to: www.sonymobile.com/testresults

We’re rather proud of our Sony Xperia Z2. It’s a flagship smartphone that really shows how the details make the difference. Waterproof capability – check, 4K video – check, 20.7 megapixel camera – check. All in all, a brilliantly intuitive and easy to use smartphone.

But because Xperia Z2 is full to the brim with fabulous features, it’s easy to miss some of the more subtle details in our best smartphone yet. Here’s our rundown of five top features you may have missed!

Tip 1 – Stop your phone interrupting your meeting

Ever fumbled about with your phone in a panic until the caller hangs up? Well fumble no more. With Smart call handling activated, simply bringing Xperia Z2 to your ear answers the call, shaking it rejects and placing it face down turns the ringer off. Magical.

Tip 2 – Avoid late night wake up calls

Use Smart Connect to put your Xperia Z2 on a timer for silent mode and keep it quiet when you’re trying to catch up on sleep. Say goodbye to those 3am calls from forgetful friends in a different time zone.

Tip 3 – Turn on the screen with just two taps

Pressing buttons can be a drag. With ‘tap to wake up’ activated in Xperia Z2’s settings, simply double-tap your Sony screen to wake it up. Hassle free.

Tip 4 – It knows when you’re looking at it!

Turn on Smart backlight control and Xperia Z2 recognises when it’s being looked at, just by the angle you’re holding the device. The backlight then stays on, even when you’re not touching the screen.

No more lights out when you’re looking through your holiday snaps and no more shutting down when you’re halfway through an e-book. Turn the phone away, and the screen turns off, all according to your sleep settings.

Tip 5 – Headphones in, music on. Headphones out, music off

Starting up your music can be as simple as plugging your headphones in. With Music at home in Smart Connect, your music app opens up as soon as the headphones are plugged in and pauses as soon as they’re removed. You’ll never have one of those awkward ‘power ballads blaring out on the bus’ moments again.

These are just some of the simple life hacks that your Xperia Z2 can do. We’ll be sharing some more fantastic – and sometimes missed – features with you all in the coming weeks.

What are your favourite tips and tricks with Xperia? Share some of the ones you use most in the comments section below.
