Rumored to be an entry level smart phone from Sony, ST21i ‘tapioca‘ has a 3.2-inch (320 x 480) display, Qualcomm MSM7227 800MHz processor with Adreno 200 GPU, 512MB RAM, 3MP camera with no LED flash shooting video at VGA resolution (640 x 480) and a 1460mAh battery. What is interesting is that the phone is expected to be launched on Android 4.0. It would be an intelligent move from Sony Mobile since not all the manufactures updates their entry level phones with ICS.
Techblog.gr has proofs that the handset really exists as they have come up with pictures of the phone. As for the design aspect, the phone looks similar to the recently announced Xperia sola but a bit chunkier. See the pics:
