We’re only three weeks in but it looks like 2015 is going to be as busy as 2014. Sony kicked off showcasing some of the greatest upcoming innovations at CES 2015 – introducing you to a host of new and existing products.
We left you last week as Lucy Hedges hit the pool in Vegas, highlighting the true power and capabilities of Xperia Z3 in the first instalments of her CES challenge. This week she’s back, taking the SmartBand Talk and Sony’s Action Cam for a spin round the Nevada desert.

It’s not just new products and new styles that are set to make 2015 an unmissable year for us; our tech is looking great too. Sony’s very own Organic EL Master Monitor Technology has been awarded with the prestigious Academy of Science and Technology award with four of Sony’s employees Tsutsui Ichiro, Takeshi Masahiro, Tamura Mitsuyasu and Asano Makoto each being noted for their outstanding efforts in the technologies development.
The organic EL monitor was launched in 2011 and is based on unique technologies that reproduce true black faithfully. With a 1:1000000 contrast rate, the EL Monitor creates an experience that incorporates significantly less afterimage and image shakiness as well as an excellent response rate with a truly accurate colour reproduction.
