Afternoon all. What a range of things to talk about this week, from being placed first runner up in Randstad’s Global Employer Awards to launching a new Instagram extension for SmartWatch 2. It’s fair to say it’s been a good one!
This week Randstad announced the results of its annual Global Employer Awards. We’re delighted to report that we were the highest-ranking consumer electronics company, and first runner up!
The scoring is based upon employee satisfaction, work-life balance and career opportunities, among other things. So congrats to everyone on the Sony team!
Last week we mentioned the 185-terabyte cartridges that the clever folk in our team created. Well it turns out they broke the storage record set in 2010 – five times over! That’s the equivalent of 3,700 Blu-Ray disks.
From smart storage to SmartWatches– this week we launched our dedicated Instagram app for SmartWatch 2 users. A couple of weeks’ ago we brought you our latest update which included new themes, watches faces and wallpapers, well now you can check your Instagram activity from your wrist. Download the app from the Google Play Store today.
