Last month Xperia users were out and about as part of Sony’s #XperiaSpots competition. Originally set up to celebrate the best places in the UK (and across the globe), for taking photos, the resulting shots are a great way highlight the quality of our Xperia smartphone cameras.
To enter the competition, users were asked to post their best snaps along with the location they were taken in on the Sony Xperia GB Facebook and Twitter pages and they responded in admirable style, the standard of photos was phenomenal. Ranging from the volcanic crevices of Iceland to sweeping shots of the great lakes in England, entrants brilliantly showed-off the photographic power of their Xperia devices.
The winner of the competition was announced as Glenn Bateman, with his stunning photograph taken in Alicante, Spain. Check out his stunning shot in the image gallery below along with the other shortlisted finalists.
The competition was launched as part of the wider #XperiaSpots campaign which aims to help tourists locate the best positions to snap the UK’s top landmarks.
